Freight and Delivery
All orders registered before 11:00 (AM) will be dispatched the following working day.
Estimated delivery time
- Nordic countries and the EU: 1-5 working days.
- Countries in Europe outside the EU: 3-7 working days.
- Countries outside Europe: 3-10 working days.
NB. Note to customers. Orders placed between 28.11 and 03.12.
Please note, that we expect longer delivery times in relation to online sale, and due to relocation of our warehouse. Orders placed between Thursday November 28th and December 3rd are expected to be delivered in week 50. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
Viking's international delivery charges:
Delivery to Norway is free.
Delivery to any country within Europe is free.
Delivery to countries outside Europe is free for orders exceeding 100 USD.
Delivery charge on orders to countries outside Europe not exceeding 100 USD is 25 USD.
Pricing and availability
All prices are quoted in the currency indicated on the Website, which will vary depending on the country in which your IP-address is registered. Please edit your delivery country in the checkout to see your final currency.
Our prices are indicated including 25 % VAT. Information regarding the total costs, including all fees (VAT, tolls and similar) and delivery charges (freight, postage, invoicing and packaging) together with a specification of each component of the total costs, are displayed in the order form before confirmation of the purchase.
Deliveries to Svalbard and Jan Mayen are exempt from VAT, and VAT will therefore automatically be deducted before checkout.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the Website, including on each product information page.
As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order are subsequently found to be unavailable. Please note that shipping dates are estimates only.
In some instances items on the Website may be mispriced. If a product's quoted price is higher or lower we will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
We will make our best effort to deliver products you order within the estimated time of delivery. If you have received your Confirmation Email but your products have not arrived within the time specified in the email, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
For non-EU Customers
Products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risks of loss of the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
For EU Customers
Products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss for such products will pass to you when we deliver your products to the address you have provided. If a carrier organised by you collects the products you are responsible for the product once it is collected.
- If you are returning goods for exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us.
- We will not refund the original delivery charge in the case of exchanges.
- In the event of exchanges in another product or size, we will send you the new product without any delivery charges.
- In the event of returning goods due to a defect, we will refund your costs of returning the product.
- We do not accept exchanges by way of "cash on delivery" or COD.
Exchanges may be performed within 30 days from the purchase. Then, you will be refunded within 30 days after we have received the returned product.
All goods must be returned unused, together with all original packaging. All labels and tags shall be attached to the shoe/boot, in the same condition as when delivered to you.
The goods must be returned alongside the original shoebox, but the shoebox shall not be used as outer packaging when sending the goods.
Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. Please do not write or mark the original shoebox with anything.
We retain the right to withhold in whole or part the payment in case of defects to product or packaging or non-compliance with the return policy.
By way of example, a defect would be to glue the Return Form directly to the original shoe box, thus damaging the original packaging.
If returned products are used, Viking Outdoor Footwear may not resell the product due to customer health and security, and thus there will be no refund.
Our products are dispatched from Viking Outdoor Footwear's warehouse in Denmark.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should therefore contact the local customs office for further information.
Please note that when ordering from the Website, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received.
International customers and customers dispatching products internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
