At Viking, we value the long-term relationships we have with our suppliers. We actively seek like-minded partners and believe that great things can happen when people join together to pursue a common purpose. As of 2021, 77% of our partner collaborations are over 10 years old, and 33% of our partner collaborations have been in place for a period of 30 years or longer. 
Viking has operated with open supplier lists since 2016. The collaboration between Viking and our suppliers is based on transparency and close communication. <h3>BSCI Audits</h3>
Since 2003, amfori BSCI has empowered companies to improve their social performance within their supply chains and create meaningful and impactful change. At Viking, we initiate annual BSCI audits at our manufacturing facilities. 
BSCI audits at Viking manufacturing facilities address the following topics, which include Viking&#8217;s Code of Conduct, as well as internationally recognized conventions (UN and ILO)

<h3>Ethical Business Behaviour </h3>
Upon review, if any areas are found to be below satisfactory in evaluation, immediate action is taken to course-correct the matter. Audits are then performed 3-6 months later to determine if improvements have been successful. As BSCI reports become available, it is routine to review these reports with members of factory management, in addition to on-site visits by members of Viking&#8217;s product department.
