What is my tracking number?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email from the carrier. There you will find all the delivery information, including a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

If you cannot find the email, you may want to check your spam folder in case it ended up there by mistake.

We also recommend downloading the carrier's app, which will allow you to easily track your shipment, as well as receive updates on tracking and collection.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we unfortunately cannot resend it. Once we have received and processed the package, we will issue a refund. If you still wish to receive the items, you can place a new order.

In rare cases, stock discrepancies may require us to cancel all or part of an order. In such cases, the payment will be canceled, and any amount reserved by your bank will usually be released immediately.

We offer a 30-day free return policy to ensure you are satisfied with your Viking Footwear products. The product(s) must be unused and in original condition with tags and labels still attached. Please note that we do not handle products purchased from other retailers.

How do I know if my return has been received?

The easiest way to find out if we have received the goods is to track the package with the return tracking number. You will only receive an email when we have processed your return and not when we have received the package.

Once your shoes have been delivered to our warehouse, it will take up to four business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email from us once the refund has been processed.

Once you have registered your return, you will receive a return label that you can print yourself and attach to the package before sending it back.

Do I have to pay customs duties on items I order from Viking?

Viking products are dispatched from within the EU for speedy delivery. EU customers pay no import duties. Nonpayment even applies to customers in Norway.

I paid with Klarna – what happens to my refund after I return an item?

Accepted Answer

When you return goods, Klarna will send you an updated invoice with the correct amount and payment information. If you have already paid for the goods you returned, Klarna will refund the amount to you – they will contact you by email if they need your bank details to complete the refund.

If the payment deadline is approaching and your return is on its way, you can easily put the invoice on hold by using the “Report a return” function in the Klarna app or on Klarna.no.

If the size you want is out of stock, you can register on our "Back in stock" list. You will then be automatically notified when the product is available again. You can do this inside the product.

How do I list an item for sale?

Listing your product is easy! Simply click “Sell” in the upper left-hand corner, create an account (tip: use the same email you’ve used to purchase from the brand so you can see your order history), and go through the listing process.

Note: If you have an account on our main site, this will not be connected to the Treet-supported resell site. You will still need to create an account.

Once you’ve added all of the applicable information, click “Submit” for the post to be reviewed within 24 hours. After it’s reviewed and approved, it will go live. If there are any issues, you’ll receive an email asking to make changes before it can be accepted.

As a Seller on the Resale-site, you have two choices for receiving your funds: cash or a voucher with the brand.

If you choose avoucher at vikingfootwear.com, there is no fee and you earn an extra 30%! (i.e. Selling an item for $100 gives you $130 credit back to the main brand site.)

How and when do I get paid?

Once your item is delivered and verified (manually by the buyer or auto-verified after 72 hours — whichever is first), you’ll receive an email asking how you’d like to redeem your funds: cash or voucher with the brand You can make your preferred selection by logging into your account and going to ‘Your Listings’.

If you choose to redeem your funds as cash, you’ll be prompted to enter your bank account details* and a direct deposit will be sent within 7 business days via our payment partner, Stripe**.

If you select to redeem your funds as a voucher you’ll receive an email immediately upon verification with your discount code.

Note:  if you have recently changed your name or in the rare case that Stripe requests additional information for account verification, you may be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your SSN and/or date of birth. Please reach out to support@treet.co if you have any trouble or questions.

**Stripe has a PCI Service Provider Level 1 Certification - the highest level in the payments industry.

How do I ship my product after someone purchases it?

After someone purchases your product, you’ll receive an email with the shipping address. Buy a shipping label from HeltHjem or Posten. Please send the product within 6 days, so that it scans in by Day 7. The shipping cost will be reimbursed once the order is received and verified.

After completing your order, an email is sent to the Seller with a prepaid shipping label and they’re encouraged to ship immediately. It usually takes around 3 days for Sellers to get products in the mail, but it can take up to 7 days.

On the rare occasion where your order doesn’t ship within the 7-day shipping window, we will automatically cancel the order and refund your purchase.

All orders made through the site are backed by Treet Protection: get the product that was promised in the condition it was promised in, or receive a full refund.

In order to receive a refund for your order, you must file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours of receiving your order.

If for whatever reason you decide you don’t like your product, this is not covered in Treet Protection, but you still can easily re-sell the product - simply click into the product ordered and click "relist" and save.

You’ll receive the code via email upon selecting the vocher option. The voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue and can only be used once for a single check out. While you can buy multiple items at once with your voucher, you will not be able to use the same code again.
