What’s Down Fill Power?

Fill power measures the volume that one ounce of down occupies. Viking jackets have a 600 down fill power rating. This means more loft, more trapped air, and, ultimately, more warmth.

The Responsible Down Standard (RDS) incentivizes the down and feather industry to treat ducks and geese humanely.
