One of my favorite areas is the mangfall mountains close to Munich.
A Fantastic place for nice hikes. I can really recommend the easy hike
to the peak Jägerkamp from the Spitzingssattel, or a very nice round hiking trip over Jägerkamp, Aiplspitz and Taubenstein.

Amazing view on:
Schliersee is a very nice lake with beautiful peaks
like Aiplspitz, Hochmiesing, Rotwand, Risserkogel and more
Those who like a challenge can take the round trip over the three
peaks, which includes a ridge walk.

Lillomarka, Oslo.
It offers an airy and spectacular view of the capital, Oslo

You can make the trip any time
Glassberget is a great destination all year round.
How to get there:
Drive to the parking lot at Idammen (at the top of Årvollveien) at Årvoll, Oslo. From there it is approx. 1 km to walk.
If you take public transport, I recommend a bus to Stig stop.
From the stop, it is approx. 1 km to walk up along Årvollveien to Isdammen, then the last kilometre up to Glassberget.

My favorite local outdoor destination is Marselisborg Skoven.
An Incredibly beautiful rolling forest, located close to Aarhus Bay, with lots of opportunities for walks.
