Returns and exchanges
Please see the information below for how to manage your return request,
depending on your place of purchase.
Please note the below applies only to products purchased directly on Vikingfootwear.com
Once you have placed an order, we are unable to amend or cancel it.
Please note we cannot process exchanges. If you would like another size/color/product, you may place a new order in our Webshop and return the original purchase as per the below return process.
We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery.
If you wish to return the product, the product must be unused and with all hangtags on. To return for free, please follow the below steps.
1. Fill out the return form you got with your delivery, including the PO number which is the number usually starting with 5.
2. Place the form together with the product(s) you want to return in the return shipment.
3. Attach the self-adhesive return label to the outer packaging. Do not write or attach anything else to the satchel when you return it or the return may be refused. If you need a new form, download it here.
4. For orders delivered by Bring, you can drop these orders off at your local bring drop-off point. Should your delivery be by TNT please get in touch with our customer service here.
If you choose to organise the return please note that this is at your own cost and risk. Viking is not liable for the return.
For any Viking product purchased elsewhere (for example, purchases from Zalando, Amazon, XXL, Jollyroom, etc), please direct your request to the original place of purchase in your country.
