Return your Viking footwear with ease. You can return your product within 30 days of your order delivery.

How to return an item

Please note we do not handle products purchased from other retailers, these requests should be directed to the retailer purchased from.

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to amend or cancel it.

Please note we cannot process exchanges. If you would like another size/color/product, you may place a new order on our Webshop and return the original purchase as per the below return process.

We refund unused products that are returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. The products must be in their original packaging, and tags and labels must be intact.

Please note that if you choose to organise and pay for your own return outside our portal, this is at your own cost and risk. Viking Outdoor Footwear will not be financially responsible for this return.
