Viking Footwear offers warranty period according to the applicable laws in the countries where we sell our products.

Please note that we do not handle claims on products that are purchased from other retailers, these requests should be directed to the retailer from which the product was purchased.

A claim can be submitted if:

• the defect originates from production or material

• normal wear has caused defects beyond reasonable wear and tear

• the product has not been used improperly or carelessly, nor been part of an accident
