The start date for the offer is 1st March 2023 00:01 am. The end date is 31st December 2023 11:59 pm.

The thirty (30) calendar day test period starts from the date the shoes are delivered. Any shoes returned after the thirty-day period are excluded from the offer.

Products covered by the offer are Anaconda Trail Low GTX BOA, Anaconda Trail Low GTX and/or Anaconda Hike Low GTX BOA. All other products are excluded from the offer.

The offer is limited to returning a maximum of three (3) pairs of shoes per customer during the offer period. Any additional pairs of shoes returned will not be covered by the offer.

You can return your shoes free of charge. Please follow the steps detailed here to make a return.

Returned shoes will be recycled and given to charity for further use whenever possible. No shoes will be returned to the original customer.

Remove all dirt from your shoes including the soles using a damp cloth. Cleaning returned shoes is necessary to protect the hygiene of our staff and will also allow us to recycle as many pairs of shoes as possible. All returned shoes will be inspected. Any returned shoes found to be dirty or purposefully damaged will be excluded from the offer.

The offer does not affect any terms agreed upon between you and a payment provider like Klarna. All payments must be made within the period agreed between you and the payment provider.

If you wish to exchange your 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed shoes for a different product then first return the shoes. Then place a new order on our webstore for the different products. Please note the different products will not be covered by the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you buy a pair of shoes from a retail store participating in the offer, please return the shoes to the store to receive your refund. Shoes purchased from a retail store cannot be returned to vikingfootwear.com for a refund. Unfortunately, neither can vikingfootwear.com assist you with claiming a refund from a retail store.
